We have a 14 day change/cancellation policy except for peak season (Christmas thru New Years Dec 20/07-Jan 06/08, Carnival, Jan 28/08 - Feb 10/08 - at which times we only accept changes/cancellations made in writing 60 days or more before the date of your confirmed arrival), or the nights you have reserved will be charged in full. Once passed the permitted cancellation/change period and/or in the case of NO-SHOW, your card will be charged.
We don't accept debit or credit card. The payment must be in cash (US$/Euros/Pounds or local currency - the Real R$, at published US$ parallel sell rate on date of payment) during the check in. |
